Project Goal
The goal of this project was to design and develop a modern and visually engaging website for a mystery shopping agency based in Copenhagen, Denmark. The primary objective was to create a digital presence that builds trust and clearly communicates the company’s services to potential business clients across various industries. The website needed to reflect the professionalism of the brand while making it easy for visitors to understand how mystery shopping works and how it can support customer experience strategy. A strong focus was placed on improving online visibility and establishing credibility in a competitive B2B environment.
Our Approach
We built the website using WordPress with Divi Page Builder, allowing full visual control and flexible content management. The layout was designed to guide users through the service offering step by step, with emphasis on clarity and professional tone. Custom visuals and iconography were used to reinforce the message and differentiate the brand from competitors.
All images and text were carefully structured to support conversion goals, helping visitors quickly grasp the value of mystery shopping and encouraging enquiries. The site was fully responsive and optimised for fast loading on all devices. SEO foundations were applied throughout, including keyword-driven page titles, structured metadata and smooth navigation. The final result is a trustworthy, easy to manage website that positions the company as a reliable partner in the field of customer experience improvement.
