Idea
The idea behind the Nordic Fjord Travel website was to create an engaging travel blog focused on exploring Scandinavia. We aimed to provide readers with the latest travel news, tips, and inspiration for their Nordic adventures. The goal was to design a simple and user-friendly platform, making it easy for visitors to navigate and find the information they need to enhance their travel experiences in Scandinavia.
Process
To develop the Nordic Fjord Travel website, we used WordPress for its powerful features and ease of use, along with the Divi theme for its flexibility and visual appeal. We started by designing a clean, intuitive layout that showcases blog posts, travel guides, and news updates. Using Divi’s drag-and-drop builder, we created a visually engaging site that highlights all the essential travel content.
We made sure the website is fully responsive, ensuring it looks great on any device, from desktops to smartphones. We focused on creating a seamless user experience with a straightforward navigation menu and easy-to-use search functionality. Throughout the design process, we prioritised simplicity and readability, using clear fonts and ample white space to enhance the user experience. The result is a dynamic travel blog that helps readers discover the beauty and excitement of Scandinavia effortlessly.
