Idea
The logo was conceptualised for a Danish mystery shopping platform, focusing on point-of-sale analysis across Scandinavian and international markets. The platform required a logo that communicated the core of its service—detailed observation and analysis. It needed to be simple yet symbolic, instantly conveying the idea of scrutiny and insight. We chose the imagery of a camera lens, representing the focused and discerning eye of a mystery shopper.
Process
Adobe Illustrator was the tool of choice for its capability to produce precise and scalable vector graphics. The design process began with the metaphor of the camera lens, an emblem of observation and attention to detail. We aimed to encapsulate the essence of the platform’s analytical services through this symbol, integrating a global motif to reflect the wide market reach.
Through iterative designs, we honed in on a minimalist camera lens icon, incorporating a globe to signify the global scope of their analysis. The process involved balancing simplicity with meaningfulness, ensuring the logo would be effective at any size and in any context, from web to print. The final design delivers a straightforward message of global market surveillance, reflecting the company’s mission to provide clear, insightful analysis to businesses.
